FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - FAQ

  • Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative and evidence-based process that empowers individuals to take an active role in their well-being. Grounded in behavioral science, it supports people in creating sustainable lifestyle changes, enhancing physical health, and fostering emotional and mental balance. Through guided self-discovery, goal setting, and compassionate accountability, coaching helps clients move from simply managing symptoms to thriving with greater vitality, clarity, and purpose.

  • Before formally engaging in a coaching process, we will have a free 20-minute discovery call that will give you a broader understanding of what we do together and will help you to decide.

  • No. Each case is individualized and so is the path we will follow together.

  • I don’t sell or prescribe any cure or magic pill. A coaching path is intended to support you in improving areas where you need external help so you can cope better and manage your health and wellbeing goals.

  • Patients who suffer with chronic conditions present a myriad of signs and symptoms. Testing and reports are relevant in guiding what we can or can’t work together. Or in telling us whether you might need a referral to a medical practitioner or a clearance before starting the coaching process. Such information will help me broaden my understanding of your case and in planning the approach accordingly.

  • No. You can do your coaching process in parallel to any other therapy you might be doing to address mental and emotional wellbeing.

  • The idea is that you rely on coaching for as short as possible. We will work together towards realistic measurable goals and plan according to the number of sessions or program you have signed up for. Each case and each person are different and so is the evolution of the coaching process. Unless your focus is on a small very specific goal, I would recommend at least five sessions.

  • If you have signed up for one-to-one sessions, we will only work during the sessions which are intended to help you make a suitable sustainable change. For those working on a program, there is no homework as such, but we will decide together on resources and tools that might be useful for your case and that will be used in between sessions and as part of your plan.

  • People who suffer from fatigue often find themselves not able to work or with reduced hours of working, therefore I think it is fair to provide sessions for them at a lower accessible price.

  • I perfectly understand your situation. I have been there too. I would take five clients for free every calendar year and offer five one-to-one sessions free of charge.

  • We can explore together the options in your area to help you identify the criteria to choose a surgeon suitable for your specific case.
