I work through different approaches. None of them is intended to substitute professional medical or psychological advice.
Programs - My programs go beyond conventional coaching sessions; it is a guided structure that allows you to work both inside and outside our sessions. Sessions are combined with the use of pre-designed and personalized tools, resources and exercises to deeply analyze my client’s case, reflect on key issues, and to support progress on the agreed strategy. This approach helps you stay engaged and focused. It’s like having a structured roadmap for your wellbeing — combining personal support with self-paced activities to make your transformation more tangible and sustainable.
Conventional coaching sessions -. A coaching session is a one-to-one structured conversation where I will support you to set and achieve health and wellness goals. It typically involves discussing lifestyle habits you want to change, identifying challenges, creating action plans, and providing motivation and self-accountability. Depending on the goal, it requires a certain number of sessions. The minimum number of sessions is five and the work happens exclusively during each session.
Guidance for Explant Journey / BII – This specialized package is exclusively designed for women undergoing an explant journey. It provides concrete and comprehensive support on the entire process—before, during, and after explant surgery. The package offers guidance to help clients take informed decisions and navigate each stage with confidence and clarity.
