A thorough analysis of your case to be able to determine and follow a personalized strategy and a plan. We will use a variety of tools, resources and exercises as needed for your specific case.
Two-hour intake session (all at once or divided into two sessions)
Two monthly follow up sessions of 30 minutes
You will also have access to a maximum of 5 coaching sessions of up to 60 minutes.
Unlimited Q&A and progress follow ups during the process through email
The duration of the program varies between a minimum of 4 months and a maximum of six months depending on your time commitment.
